A big month. Here is what we shipped in July.
Invoflux now speaks 7 languages. Hungarian joins Romanian, English, Polish, Italian, French and Spanish, with the right name for the tax ID in each country (CUI, NIP, adószám and the rest). You can change the language any time from Settings > Preferences.
You no longer need to know a tax ID to add a company. Type the name, pick the company from the official register, and the tax ID, address and registration details fill in by themselves. It works when you set up your workspace, when you add a client or a supplier, and when an accountant invites a client.
An accountant can now connect eFactura on behalf of a client. You can send them a secure link so they complete the ANAF authorisation themselves and the connection lands in the right workspace. eFactura connections are now visible to everyone in the workspace.
Banks that ask you to approve in their own phone app, such as BT Go, now send you to your phone instead of leaving a desktop window waiting for an approval that will never arrive there. Each bank account can be assigned to the workspace it belongs to, and the first sync starts as soon as you connect. We also tell you up front that some banks show the request under the name Spendee, the EU licensed entity of our banking provider.
Payments and invoices are now kept in a proper settlement ledger. A partial payment, a payment in another currency, and one payment covering several invoices are each recorded with the amount that actually settled, at the rate and on the date it settled. Where a decision really needs a person, the new review queue groups similar cases so you can confirm them together instead of one by one. Money that has left your account but has not yet cleared at the bank is labelled as such, and suggestions the system has already disproved no longer appear on your screen.
Outlook now finds invoices as well as Gmail does, including invoices that arrive as HTML inside the body of the message and attachments that were too large for the old path. One large mailbox can no longer slow down everyone else's scan.
The monthly company report has a new design and now shows revenue next to expenses, along with the time the automation saved you. Accountants receive a month close report with an export per client and a direct link to each client's folder in Drive.
The referral program has grown into a partner program. From Settings > Invite & earn you can apply, follow your clicks and your earnings, and read the published terms. Payouts are made by bank transfer, and commission is adjusted if a payment is later refunded, so the number you see is the number you are paid.
Plans now live on a single page, with the plan that fits your volume recommended for you, and promo codes can be redeemed during the trial. If you reach an invoice limit, imports pause but reconciliation keeps running. And if a sign-in link expires before you use it, you can ask for a code instead of getting stuck.
Besides these, we fixed a long list of smaller issues across invoices, uploads, notifications and the accountant portal.
